The Skateistan x Vans Skate Era is part of a mission-driven collection inspired by the artwork of Skateistan children. Here, the Skate Era features solid black and black-and-white checkerboard panels. Patches that represent children's drawings (sun, pencil, bird, rainbow) add a dose of color. Skateistan is a global non-profit organization based in Berlin, Germany that teaches children life-skills through fun, creativity, and skateboarding.
